Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SpreadMyPost, operated by MAXHOLDING SRL. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

SpreadMyPost lets you connect accounts on third-party social networks and publish or schedule content to them from one place. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of those networks.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done under your account
• The information you give us must be accurate
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access

3. Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Your use of each network remains subject to that network's own terms, and we cannot waive them on your behalf.

Networks change their rules, limits and interfaces without notifying us. A feature that works today may stop working, and access may be suspended by a network for reasons outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Publish unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificially inflate engagement
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Publish malware, phishing pages, or links to them
• Circumvent the rate limits or restrictions of any connected network
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written agreement

5. Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the networks you selected.

You are responsible for what you publish, and for holding the rights to any media you upload.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, failures at the connected networks, and events outside our control can all interrupt publishing.

Scheduled posts depend on both our infrastructure and the network accepting the post at that moment. A scheduled time is a target, not a guarantee.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or reach lost because a post failed, was delayed, or was removed by a network.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law or by a connected network.

On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
